The affiliate portal processes data necessary for registration, authentication, attribution, commission calculation, payouts, fraud prevention, support and legal compliance.
Name, email, partner type, website/profile, affiliate code, campaign and attribution data, commissions and payout history, PayPal email, technical/security logs and support communications. We do not request your PayPal password.
Processing supports performance of the affiliate relationship, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations. Where consent is legally required it should be requested separately.
Hosting, email, analytics, security and payment/payout service providers may process data to the extent necessary. PayPal receives data required to perform a PayPal payout.
Data is retained as needed for the relationship, accounting, disputes, security and legal retention periods, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate and permitted.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and complaint to a supervisory authority. Requests: support@easystartcrm.com.
Where data is processed outside your country/EEA, appropriate safeguards are used where legally required.
