You act as an independent contractor. Nothing creates employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture or authority to bind the operator.
The standard model is 40% direct commission on a qualifying paid purchase by an attributed customer and 10% second-tier commission where recorded by the programme. Individually approved rates prevail. Commission eligibility for an attributed customer lasts for the period recorded for that account, standardly up to 36 months from first valid attribution.
Commercial terms approved for a partner are protected for 24 months from approval. After that period, the then-current programme model may apply to future calculations unless otherwise approved in writing. Properly recorded matured commissions are not arbitrarily erased.
Attribution may use referral codes, links, coupons or other supported technical signals. The current attribution model and referral-cookie duration are set in programme rules. Self-referrals, fake identities, connected purchases designed to generate commission and attribution manipulation are prohibited.
Commission arises only from a valid transaction that was actually paid. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, disputes, duplicates, fraud, calculation errors or abuse may result in a corresponding reversal or adjustment.
Promotion must be truthful and non-misleading. No spam, malware, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, fraudulent traffic, impersonation, fake discounts, unsupported claims or prohibited brand bidding. The financial affiliate relationship must be clearly disclosed where required by applicable law or platform rules.
Payouts are currently PayPal-only. The minimum request threshold is EUR 50 in available commissions. The account email must be verified, the affiliate account active, and a valid PayPal email saved. You are responsible for payout details and your taxes, filings and duties.
The operator may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, material rule violations, unlawful promotion, attribution abuse or security risk. Where reasonable, disputed sums may be held for review while undisputed matured obligations remain subject to ordinary settlement.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use approved affiliate materials solely to promote the programme. All software, marks, content and other rights remain with their respective owners.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the programme does not guarantee minimum earnings, conversions or uninterrupted availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Material changes will be posted in the portal or communicated to partners. Changes do not override individually protected commercial terms while their protection period remains in force.
